    It is your responsibility that you read and understand these terms and conditions before you make any purchases. ORDER DETAILS
After choosing what you want to purchase, please email us the name of the item, quantity and the colour of it. Once we received your order, a payment instructions will be emailed to

We accept only bank transfers like POSB/DBS/OCB. It is imperative that you keep all transaction slips until you have received your purchases.

After your transfer of amount for your purchase into any of these 2 bank accounts, email to us at xl-innerworld@hotmail.com with the following details:
  1. Bank Account No.
  2. ATM BRANCH Transfer was executed
  3. Transaction ID
  4. Order No.
  5. Amount Transferred
Your orders will only be confirmed when we have received the correct amount of payment, hence those items on sale are offered on a first-come-first serve basis. We will be doing it in a mass order form so if you can't wait, kindly please don't puchase from us to prevent any trouble and unhappiness. Once all customer had comfirmed and paid then we will make the orders and all items will be here at least in 2 weeks time after order been made! We will email you about your items and all details of the apparels will be updated on the blog too! (:

Please note that: All payments that are not reflected in our bank accounts will be considered a non-order. The money will be refunded when it is later reflected in our bank statements. Payment for orders that are no longer available will also be refunded.

POSTAGE DETAILS
Please note that all prices listed on our websites include regular postage.
We post all items at Thomson Post Office. Customers are advised to op for registered posts to ensure safe delivery of all purchased items. We will not be responsible for any of your purchases that are lost due to discrepancies in regular postage. Registered postage provides safer delivery & easy tracking of items that have not been delivered. For registered posts, simply just pay an additional SGD$2.24 on top of your purchase for light/ 1 piece apparel like  shirts and dress. Whereas for heavier apparels like, DEU BodyShaper will be an additional of SGD $4/set. We also do provide Self-Collection at Bishan Mrt Station only.

By purchasing an item from us, you are deemed to have been agreeable to all the Terms & Conditions stated. Items not paid for within 48 hours, unless agreed upon, will be put up for sale thereafter without further notification.We reserves the right to reject a customer/transaction at our discretion.
